Three tastes to finish your tour
King Crab
Caught in the cold waters off North Cape and boiled right here in the factory. We serve it on bread with a simple garnish, so the sweet, delicate meat does the talking. It’s the taste most guests come for.

Norwegian Caviar
Sugar-salted and smoked Mills caviar on soft bread. A proper Norwegian staple, the kind you’ll find on kitchen tables up and down the coast, and now on yours for a moment.

Stockfish
Dry history, packed with umami. Cod hung to dry in the Arctic air the same way it has been for centuries, making it one of Norway’s oldest export trades. We serve it plain, the way it should be.
